Heated printing bed

Thermoplastic materials like ABS and PLA tend to come away from the printing base along long edges and at corners, and then deform during cooling (warping). In order to avoid this undesirable effect, the base on which the 3D object is created can be heated. Other ways of avoiding the warping effect include a sealed build chamber or the use of an adhesive spray that is sprayed onto the work platform.
